Conduct and Consequence is a rule based application program that helps organizations record and track mis-behaviors and allows the organization to apply what it has defined as appropriate discipline action. This results in displine action being applied in a consistant manner. It is based on procedures that your organization has in place or want to implement, and therefore agreed upon on as appropriate action or actions for that behavior. The software is set up allow for levels of approval, once the dicipline action is selected and before it is administered. It is completely tailored to work in conjuction with the policies and procedures of the organization.
